Instasmile are a company that makes clip on veneers for teeth. I paid £474 for a full set of top and bottom veneers. I was sent only the impressions kits to start the manufacture of the end product. The materials from the impressions products injured my mouth that I have a swollen upper lip and blisters. Instasmile have declined my impressions over and over again. I have cancelled my order and asked for a refund to no avail

Im so disappointed about these veneers: had them a month and ones already snapped and the other one has a crack in it. Cant eat with them in either. Its also extremely hard to get hold of someone about this as you have to email and wait for them to get back to you which takes forever. Dont waste your money!

Sebl Group - Keep rejecting my impressions,
I've sent in my impression of my teeth to get my Snap-on Smile custom fit. They sent me the box with the putty in it to make the impression. They also send one extra just in case. Well they have rejected both of mine that I have sent in for different reasons one was supposedly the putty was under mixed. Then my second one I sent they said I had drag marks for my teeth so that one would it work well now I'm all out of the potty and I'm guessing they want me to buy more? I just want my teeth to be pretty.. So sad more??

Cancelled and still billed

I cancelled my order and was told Id be refunded the money I had put down, still have not been refunded and got an email saying my payment fail. Why am I still being charged for this is I canceled it!?!?

I have been scammed over $500.00 for them

I paid my down deposit of I to believe it was $150 I received my impressions I did my impressions but they told me that my impressions were not correct that I need to redo my impressions and then they would send me my veneers well I redid my impressions and they said they were not correct so by that time I was out of material so I had to get more material which was extra $90.00 MA still will not accept my impressions they have took over $500 out on my debit card for monthly payments and I've still not received my veneers. Now they are telling me that I have to catch up on all the missed payments. Because I stopped making payments because they would not send me my veneers I haven't sent any payments in over five months and they're telling me that I have to make five months of payments before they will even assist me it's a big scam.

Sebl Group - Save your money!
I purchased the platinum upper and lower veneers. The whole process was easy and I received them very promptly. Once I put them on, I looked like a rabbit. Teeth were very large and gave me a lisp. Eating was impossible, I could not even chew through a carrot. It also squeezed my natural teeth to the point that once I took them off it hurt my natural teeth. I contacted them and basically came to the realization that I just wasted $1400 for nothing. Serves me right for trying to find a cheaper alternative to having a perfect smile. All I hope is that I can help a future consumer and redirect them elsewhere!
